Calvin’s Evil Twin 4×4 may look like a regular 4×4, but as soon as you start turning it, you’ll notice that it’s definitely not. The core of the cube is not in the center, but closer to one of the corners. This causes the puzzle to shape shift as soon as you start turning it. Soon you will also notice that most of the moves are always locked by the cube’s ingenious mechanism. Simply scrambling a Calvin’s Evil Twin 4×4 is tricky, so you’ll have a real challenge if you then try to solve it.

Calvin’s Evil Twin 4×4 is quite a bit bigger than a standard 4×4 cube. Despite that, the layers of the puzzle slide almost frictionless against each other, and the puzzle is wonderful to play with. However, note that you should not use force to complete a move if you feel like the cube is blocking you from doing so. This is due to the cube’s peculiar mechanism, which ensures that only certain moves are always possible to perform. If you use too much force, this mechanism can break.
