LanLan X-Skewb gets its name from the four X’s that the pieces form on the cube. However, two of the sides have rectangular pieces and the puzzle, which is a so-called shape shifter, will change shape at the first turn. Even though it’s technically a Skewb, it gets tricky keeping track of which pieces go where and how to twist, so this is a real challenge!

LanLan X-Skewb has good turning quality and is satisfying to play with. The fact that the cube is technically a Skewb means that the mechanism inside the cube is the same and you can turn it the same way you would turn a Skewb. But this will be a completely different challenge even though the original Skewb is a fairly easy puzzle.
