The Qiyi Clover Cube is a new and exciting puzzle from Qiyi. This cube which is delivered in a stylish display housing has a lot to offer. The puzzle can be scrambled in two different ways which means the same cube has two unique difficulties. The cube can either be scrambled and solved as a cube for beginners, or it can be scrambled so it changes shape, making it one of the hardest puzzles out there.
The Qiyi Clover Cube might be reminiscent of the Ivy Cube in terms of its appearance, but it’s not actually a harder version of the Ivy Cube. Instead it’s very similar to the Curvy Copter in terms of the solution. The cube is scrambled by grabbing a corner and twisting it 180 degrees. Continue doing this around the cube to fully scramble it. If you wish to take it to the next level then you can significantly increase the challenge by turning an axis roughly 100 degrees and then turning the adjacent axis. The adjacent axis will bring a piece with it in a strange and unique way. The cube is very fascinating and we at Cuboss definitely recommend it. The Qiyi Clover Cube is of good quality and it’s easy to turn its layers. The cube can not cut corners.

This is a wonderful puzzle because it is both challenging and intuitive at the same time. I managed to solve this puzzle without the help of guides or algs. Then, I realized I had never been jumbling it, so I tried another solve where I would jumble the pieces (which you can choose to do or not to do, depending on how you turn edges). Since doing that, it brought the puzzle to another level of complexity and I’m stuck trying to figure out how many and what pieces I need to jumble again to get things back in shape. I love this puzzle!
It also turns great, feels like good quality, and was impressively large.

Fun and odd
A very fun cube that you can solve on two levels of difficulty. One easier and one really difficult. Both fun as long as you can find out how to do. Required a search on youtube for me. Recommended!

Fun cube but big 🙂
A cool cube that is solved like the Helicopter and Curvy Copter cubes, two really fun and challenging cubes. I would say that it is a little easier than the Curvy as it lacks the corner pieces. A perfect cube to take on a trip when I do not want to drag on several, can be solved quickly or become clever enough if it “jumbles” / changes place on the pieces and changes shape. However, the cube could have been a little smaller and lighter.
