The Valk 3 comes from the same company who created the popular QiYi-cubes. This cube was designed in collaboration with Mats Valk who set a Rubik’s world record with a time of 4.74 seconds! The Valk 3 is very fast and easy to turn. When it comes to corner cutting, this cube is among the absolute best and the cube can cut corners above 45 degrees. With a size of 55.5 millimeters this cube is smaller than most and sits firmly in your hands, especially if you have smaller hands. Valk 3 has the recently popularized design with edgy corners which prevents corner twists. This cube is stable and doesn’t pop even if you perform rough turns. This is easily a speed cube within the world class, just watch the flow when Mats Valk solves it in 4.74 seconds! (The former world record)

It is very good but maybe it’s just me for me so the cube got a little dry after about 4 weeks so I had to lube it so I recommend buying lube as well. When I got it, it was kind of sticky with lube so I had to wipe it off.

Bought both of these cubes as an entry to firstly learn to solve the cubes and partly to have something to grow in, and I can definitely say that it is not the cube that is the limitation in my case … Initially I was intimidated by that you can adjust the hardness of it, but it is such a small part in the beginning that you can actually overlook it completely. This cube is clearly good, but I would say that & quot; GAN 356 R & quot; is preferable as it feels faster, a little more solid feeling in this plus it is easily adjusted to its own references. If you want a nice entry-level model, you can buy any, but since the price is comparable on these two cubes, I would recommend GAN 356 R

Got this cube home a little over a week ago. Previously, I only used one Rubik & # x27 ;s cube home 2. So this is my first speedcube. Immediately became much easier to try to learn all the Oll and Pll algorithms. What makes it a 4 for me is that the cube popped when I tested it directly from the package + that it was poorly lubricated from the box. But a Youtube video and a setup later, it feels really good. Is already eager to buy more and compare with. But should train a little first.

I ordered this it took 3 days to get it but I guess it’s an okay waiting time. The box itself it came in is really nice and is really one thing I will have standing somewhere in the room. The cube is very fast and nice to use it there is nothing wrong with yours except that it sounds a bit and can hack up but it hooks up very rarely so I guess it is not that big a problem. as my first good speedcube that does not come from the technology magazine … it is really better than I expected when I thought that the technology magazine’s speedcube pro kit was kind of the best on the market (they said it in store) Which now turns out to be a corker. if you are going to start with speedcubing you should probably order: Cubing Classroom Gift BoxBut I checked some reviews on youtube and heard that this was better so I took this choice3 myself I am really happy it never pops and is just generally nice and go to turn on. as I said something negative, it is that it sounds a little when you turn it and that it rarely locks that you do not learn to bother so much.I do not know if you had in silicone before you sent it to me but it was a little & quot; sticky & quot; when I opened it and the drawer for it was very easy to open the first time, even though it was apparently going to be difficult to open, it tripled out. think this cube is worth the money as I said and is a really good cube if you are going to speedcuba!

My only speed cube before this was an MF3RS that I felt very happy with, and I was curious about how much difference there could really be between it – which is considered a & quot; budget cube & quot; – and a & quot; expensive & quot; speedcube as The Valk 3.Now I know. The difference is huge. I can barely put my Valk aside, it’s so damn nice to solve. It feels a bit dry and a bit rough out-of-the-box (I have not had in any lube yet) but still it is very easy and fast to turn with very little resistance. Algorithms feel very soft and comfortable to perform. Although it is quite loosely tensioned and the pieces can be pulled apart quite far, it still feels very stable and as if the pieces and bearings hold together firmly and well. I have heard that it becomes even more comfortable when it is & quot; broken in & quot; and had in a little good lube, so I’m really looking forward to it. Really do not regret this purchase!
