1. Payment options
We are currently offering the following payment options:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe
  • Alipay, Bancontact, Giropay, iDEAL, SOFORT via Stripe
  • Apple Pay via Stripe
  • Credit card via PayPal (no PayPal account required)
  • PayPal balance (PayPal account required)

2. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep the item / items you have ordered. Your right of withdrawal is only valid if the product and its packaging is in an unchanged condition. That means you may examine the product and make sure everything is ok. When it comes to stickers, we will not accept returns if any sticker has been removed from its sheet.

You may only return products after we have an agreement. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Chargebacks and refunds are issued within 10 working days after an approved return. The refund will be made to your account via the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The parcel should be well packaged; we do not take responsibility for inadequately packaged returns, and we will not accept the withdrawal if the product is damaged.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Normally we ship all items in stock within 1-2 working days after recieving payment. Be aware that some payment methods may take longer to transfer, and this may sometimes cause a slight delay. Until we have processed the order, you may at any time cancel your order for any reason.

We provide several delivery options. Different terms, conditions and pricing apply to the varying shipping options. The shipping times & costs depends on the destination country and address. We specify an estimated delivery time for your chosen shipping option, but please be aware that unexpected delays may occur which could extend the delviery time.

We do not offer a time delivery guarantee. If you haven’t recieved the package one week (7 days) after the scheduled delivery time, contact us and we will investigate the situation. You may also contact the appropriate shipping company for assistance.

4. Preorders
When you preorder a product, the entire order will be paused until we have all items in your order in stock. When the preorder product is in stock again, preorders will be prioritized over regular orders. The displayed shipping times do not apply to pre-order products, since we cannot know exactly when pre-order products will be in stock again. However, when the order has been dispatched the delivery time is the same as usual.

Before a preorder is processed, you may at any time and for any reason cancel your order for a refund.

We cannot guarantee that pre-order products will be exactly the same as the original product. This is because small changes in design, color or the like may be made to the product by the manufacturer between deliveries. If you experience a problem because of this, contact us and we will help you.

If a pre-order product for some reason cannot be delivered, we will notify you, cancel your order (or remove the item) and issue a refund.

5. Returns / RMA
If a product is defective or wrongly delivered, we will solve the problem free of charge. We will offer to send you spare parts, to repair your product, to replace the product or give you a refund. Contact us and tell us about the issue and we will help you. If the packaging is clearly damaged when you recieve it, you must decline the package and have it returned to the sender.

6. Warranty
The warranty on most products is one year from the day of delivery. Many products are consumable, and in that case the warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
Wear and tear is considered normal and is not covered by warranty. The same goes for damages from physical overload or stunts & tricks.

If a puzzle falls apart (popping)

Different cube models allow for varying amounts of corner cutting, depending a lot on how tightly they are adjusted. Because of this, some cubes will fall apart or “pop” more than others. If this should happen, the cube is most likely not broken. You just have to reassemble the cube again and maybe tighten the screws a bit. If your cube has popped and there is no internal damage, you may not get a warranty refund, since the cube is not considered to be faulty or broken. If you are unsure or need assistance, please feel free to contact us via our contact form.

7. Purchase and order
We will confirm your order by sending you an automatic order comfirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you supplied when you entered your shipping details. You will receive a secondary e-mail with a delivery confirmation once we have processed your order.

8. Privacy policy
Cuboss.com will store the information you register with us in order to fulfill our commitments to you as our customer. Your personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties. Our website uses cookies in order to provide you with a convenient and smooth shopping experience. If you do not accept the use of cookies, you will not be able to place orders via the website. In that case, you are welcome to contact us via e-mail to place an order manually.
