How are these cubes selected?

When we have looked at these cubes, we have had the following three things in mind:

  • The cube must be affordable. If it’s your first time buying a Megaminx, it can be difficult to know how deep into it you want to go. Then it can feel unnecessary to buy the most expensive and best cube when a cheaper version works just fine for beginners.
  • The cube should be easy to handle. Many of the new cubes that are released on the market are extremely fast. As a beginner, they can be a bit difficult to control and there is a chance that you will get slower times. That is why we have selected user-friendly puzzles here.
  • The cube should be long-lived. If you buy, for example, a Pyraminx for beginners and develop quickly, you should not have to buy a new one right away. The selected cubes below are also suitable for those who have become faster and have reached a slightly higher level, so that you do not have to switch up at once.
