The magnetic core gives the puzzle more stability and helps you keep the pieces in check when turning quickly. The cube is really fast, light and airy with a strong magnetic feel. On the surface of the puzzle you will find a thin layer of varnish that helps with the grip and makes the cube resistant to scratches. More below.
