The DianSheng Googol Big 3×3 M (9 cm) is an extra large Rubik’s Cube that performs surprisingly well! The fast and rather loud cube impresses by implementing a dual adjustment system for maximum adjustability, and this despite the fact that the cube may not primarily be intended for breaking personal records. The fact that the cube is also magnetic means that the DianSheng Googol Big 3×3 M (9 cm) performs almost as well as many of the best 3×3 cubes in our shop. Read more below.

To see the adjustment options on your DianSheng Googol Big 3×3 M (9 cm), you first need to lift off the caps that cover all the center pieces of your cube. There you see a screw and a red adjustment system with lots of numbers, which indicate your current setting. You can adjust the screw to set how tightly the sides should be tightened, something that, for example, affects the cube’s ability to do corner cutting, as well as its pop resistance.
By pressing down on the red structure with your fingers and turning counter-clockwise however, you can also adjust the cube’s spring strength, and that without any tools! The cube is delivered with level 1 preset, i.e. the fastest possible feel. For each step you go, the spring strength will increase, which will make the cube feel more controllable and ‘springy’. After you pass the 10th and final level, the cube jumps back to level 1 again. Finding your favorite turning feeling on your DianSheng Googol Big 3×3 M (9 cm) is thus very easy: make sure you have the same favorite setting of screw and spring strength on all sides, and then you are good to go!
