In addition to the intriguing look, the modification provides a more difficult solution than the classic Skewb. In addition, it changes shape when you scramble it!

Chaos!
It is not easy to keep track of what is what when you solve this skew, and even when you are almost done, it looks like a big mess! Very fun even for those who easily solve a regular skewb! .. then we come to the actual handling, not as fun. It often happens that it locks and you have to work to be able to do exactly the move you want .. which of course means that the degree of difficulty increases :). But you learn it with, how to work in the best way so as not to lose the flow in the algorithms ..
