Shengshou Megamorphix is basically a 4×4 that has been transformed into the shape of a pyramid. In conjunction with this, the puzzle now only has four colors instead of six. This, combined with the unique shape of the pieces, makes the puzzle completely different from what we usually see and becomes a difficult yet fun challenge. The layers are easily turned and the strong bright colors makes it beautiful to look at.

My new favorite
This is my first shapeshifter that is larger than 3x3x3. I promise, you encounter problems and parities you are not used to. My habit of larger cubes helped me but it took a while before I solved the first time. This is a really fun puzzle, buy it!

Good but sluggish
It is a bit sluggish and you have to have the lines exactly for it to be able to turn. It feels like it’s going to pop all the time. And there are older ones like this and the older ones are much easier to solve than this one with it looking cool in the collection. It is very difficult to read how the pieces should be. But definitely worth the money. The box I got it in was a bit mashed but you have to take it for the cheap amount you paid for. The older ones have no (small) middle piece and then it is easier to solve without.
