The MoYu MFJS MeiLong 7×7 V2 comes in two variants, a magnetic and a non-magnetic variant. The magnetic variant has small magnets between all the layers that are attracted to each other when a move is completed. It grants a more stable feel and makes the cube easier to control.
We at Cuboss are particularly impressed by how fast and smooth the puzzle is right when you open the box. This applies to both variants, and is a big plus for those of you who do not have as much experience in lubricating and adjusting speedcubes.

I’m impressed. The cube is faster than the MGC but also pops way less, so you can even loosen this one up. Magnets aren’t as strong but I like that better. I also love this small 63mm size, even though my hands aren’t small. I can confidently say this is the best budget 7×7 that there is, though some people will still like the MGC better.
