If you want to buy some new puzzles, but don’t really know what to buy, you can order this “Mystery product”. Choose a price range, and we guarantee that you will receive a cube that is worth more than the price you selected. You can receive any type of puzzle, so only buy this product if you’re okay with, for example, getting a puzzle you already own. It will always be a puzzle, so no lubricants or accessories. The puzzle is always in new condition, but you may get a product without packaging. Please read more about this product below.
How this product works
When you order a Mystery Puzzle in the price range 5 €, you will receive a random cube with a retail price of at least 5,1 €. If you buy the price range 9 €, the puzzle will be worth at least 9,1 €, etc. The puzzle you receive is not guaranteed to be from our current range, so you really could get anything and you should be prepared to possibly get a puzzle you didn’t expect.
What if I get a puzzle I already own
Since we don’t know what cubes you have in your collection, we can’t guarantee that you’ll get something you don’t already have. However, we have over 500 puzzles in our shop, so the chance of that happening is pretty slim.
If I order two, will I receive two of the same puzzle?
No, not if it’s in the same order. Then we will pick two different puzzles so that both of them will be a surprise. If you have ordered a Mystery Puzzle before, we recommend that you order in a new price range to reduce the chance that you will receive the same puzzle again. If you would like to order in the same price range again, we recommend that you wait a while between your orders. The closer the orders are in time, the greater the chance that you will get the same puzzle again.

Extended right of withdrawal between Black Week and January 14th. Your holiday gifts are safe!
Right of withdrawal applies provided that the item and its packaging are in unchanged condition, i.e. you may inspect it and make sure everything is ok.
Returns may only be made after agreement. On returns because of a change of heart, the shipping cost is paid by the customer. We offer return shipping labels. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

I ordered the mystery puzzle for 9€ and got the Sudoku challenge 2x2. The Item isnt available on cuboss anymore, but in the search you can still find it listed for 14€. So far so good. But the puzzle itself is really low quality and doesn't feel worth the money. Wouldn't buy again :(

The cubes you get are pretty cool if they are in the 9€ price range or higher. The ones for 5€ are not great though and I recommend spending a little bit more for a much better puzzle. Overall it‘s a cool product.
