The Qiyi Pentacle Cube is a unique exciting puzzle from Qiyi! The cube is scrambled by rotating the middle circle on each side and matching the stars’ lines. Once this is done you turn it just similar to a classic 3×3. The cube is a tricky challenge that suits those who are starting to get a hang of cubes. The Qiyi Pentacle Cube is a very interesting puzzle that differentiates itself from the majority of cubes we sell here at Cuboss with its special function. You must first unlock a layer to be able to turn it. This is done by aligning the stars’ lines. In the product image you will see the stars matching on its left side which means you can turn that layer. If you want to turn the right side layers you must first align the stars to build a straight line on the right side instead. The Qiyi Pentacle Cube is a very entertaining puzzle that offers a unique challenge while also being able to make use of previous experiences from eg 2×2 or 5×5.

Fun cube, but easier to solve than I thought. You only need algorithms like 3x3 or 2x2 for the corners, quite tedious to do because you have to adjust the stars after each move. To solve the stars themselves, I went completely by feel, which is more fun than algorithms. But still pretty easy I was expecting more of a challenge. If you know 2x2 and have solved any other puzzle that requires a bit of block building, this will be easy. Very good grip on the cube, it turns very smoothly considering how many parts it has. You don't have to turn the stars exactly right to be able to turn, there is a lot of room for corner cutting which means that it is not too difficult to solve the cube. Good buy
