The QiYi Tori Cube is a peculiar shape-modification of a regular Rubik’s Cube. Although it looks completely different, you can solve it in a similar way as you solve your usual 3×3 cube. The puzzle is similar to a Void cube, but the difference here is that even the hollow center piece actually has a color that must be taken into account when solving the puzzle, and that the puzzle has no corner pieces. The QiYi Tori Cube with its stickerless colors is a very nice looking puzzle that will really impress your friends. The puzzle isn’t really meant to be a speedcube, but even so, the layers slide very smoothly against each other – and unlike a Void cube, this puzzle can even corner cut a bit! Even for those of you who have a lot of experience with speedcubing, the QiYi Tori Cube can be an interesting challenge – how many ways to make the solution more efficient (compared to a regular 3×3 cube) can you come to think of?
