Right of withdrawal applies provided that the item and its packaging are in unchanged condition, i.e. you may inspect it and make sure everything is ok.
Returns may only be made after agreement. On returns because of a change of heart, the shipping cost is paid by the customer. We offer return shipping labels. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

It's the second time I place an order during the black week and in both occasions I received a funny puzzle, something I probably wouldn't have bought for myself (I usually purchase only puzzles for WCA or ex-WCA events), but that's very enjoyable to solve and nice to add in the collection.
