You have 14 days right of withdrawal after receiving the product
Extended right of withdrawal between Black Week and January 14th. Your holiday gifts are safe!
Right of withdrawal applies provided that the item and its packaging are in unchanged condition, i.e. you may inspect it and make sure everything is ok.
Returns may only be made after agreement. On returns because of a change of heart, the shipping cost is paid by the customer. We offer return shipping labels. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

Satisfaction guarantee applies to all our adjustment & lubrication services. If you are dissatisfied with our lubrication of the cube, you can get a refund for the service.
Free returns on warranty cases.
Many of our products are consumables and the warranty for these products only applies to manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear damage is outside the warranty, as well as damage caused by physical overload, modifications and tricks.

I got the premium YJ Yuhu v2 megaminx, and because megaminx is an event i don't really care about that much, i decided to get the cuboss premium one because i didn't want to deal with setting it up myself. the puzzle feels soft and fast, and i don't have any complaints with it

We have two clocks: one lubed for speed , one for control, all in all the control lube fits us the best, because more control in competitions and hence less DNF's.
