5 reviews
The GAN 356 i Carry E is the successor to the the GAN 356i Carry. It is a smart cube that you can connect to your mobile phone via Bluetooth. When the cube is connected, each move is tracked and matched with a virtual cube in your app. In the app, there are a number of smart features. Here are some examples:
- Automatic timer
- Statistics and analysis
- See old solves
- Compete against friends
- See world ranking
- Learn to solve the cube
- Algorithm training
N.B.! The app is only available in English and Chinese. Read more about the cube and its features further down the page.

The GAN 356 i Carry E is, just like its predecessor, a fantastic speedcube. It retains the characteristic fast, smooth and easy-to-turn feel that GAN has become known for since day 1. Of course, the cube is magnetized, which helps the cube with its stability and allows you to turn faster. In the box you will find, among other things, a storage box as well as an instruction pamphlet and a solution guide.
Also the GAN 356 i Carry E (just like its predecessor) comes without a charger. Instead, it has a battery with a long battery life of up to 150 hours, which corresponds to almost one half hour of use per day for a whole year. When the battery runs out, simply replace it. The cube uses two LR43 batteries.
The app used for the cube is called CubeStation and can be downloaded for free for Android and IOS. The app and instructions are available in English and Chinese. We also want to warn you that the app is not very intuitive and it can be a little difficult to get started. But once you’re up and running, it’s a very good smart cube, with smart features and a performance that won’t hold you back from fast good times. Unlike some more expensive smart speedcubes from GAN, however, this variant does not have a gyroscope, which means that the moves you perform are not always displayed in the correct orientation.
You can also connect the cube to a GAN Robot, which can solve the cube for you with the help of the app! The GAN 356 i Carry E can also be connected to the GAN Smart timer.

★★★★★Good value cube

The cube isn’t UV, which isn’t an issue for me, but it’s problematic for some people. It turns well and has decent corner cutting, but I can’t turn it as well as my main- the GAN V100 resulting in worse times. Another problem is that it sometimes pops, especially with aggressive PLLs. I have set it up with stock settings. I also found the GAN app to be unreliable and annoying to use. Despite its flaws, I’d recommend it for analysing solves or playing around, for 25€, it’s the best you will get. Hope this helps. I average 17s.

★★★★★Nice magnetic bluetooth cube

This is a nice smart cube for people just starting. It's connectable to the CubeStation app, where you can play against people and rank up, or you can train your CFOP or whatever method you use. I would've liked it better if it was UV coated but I guess other cubes do have those qualities.

Köpte både Gan 12 ui sp och iCE. Visst det är skillnad. Men får samma tid på båda. Man får 3 iCE för en sp. Sååå. Köp tre iCE! Och ge bort 2 till två polare så ni kan ha kul tillsammans
