The GAN 356 X and XS have become hits within the speedcubing community and quickly became favorites among elite speedcubers and hobbyists alike. In addition to their unique and luxurious feel, the cubes offer a variety of adjustment possibilities for customization. This does however entail a higher price, and cube customization is not something everyone is interested in. The GAN 356 M offers the same unique and luxurious feel but with fewer adjustment possibilities. This means the same “Honeycomb”-surface inside the cube, magnet capsules, as well as the frosted surface. Instead of customizable magnet strengths, they’ve chosen medium strength for the magnets which suits the majority of users.
The cube uses GAN’s numerical IPG-core, which means instead of separate screws and springs on the core, there are nuts (GES) with encapsulated springs. The nuts are turned by hand and clicks into position at two modes which represents two different strengths. With this system you can easily set the desired adjustment setting on all sides and keep the cube well-balanced.
Standard-version: 4 different GES-nuts are included. Each color represents an elasticity strength. Purple (1.8), Blue (2.1), Green (2.5), Yellow (3.4). Each nut has two modes for precise adjustments.
Lite-version: Only blue (2.1) GES-nuts, already in the cube. The nuts have two modes for precise adjustments.
Other accessories (both versions): GAN-cube bag and a cube guide.
