MeiLong 8×8 V3 is the update that ensures MoYu / MFJS have an affordable 8×8 cube in top class! Just like all modern speedcubes, the cube comes smooth and fast straight out of the box. Despite the large number of layers, the cube manages to be both light, robust and pop-proof at the same time, which is very important on big cubes like this one. In addition to the low price non-magnetic variant, it also comes in a magnetic variant with a magnetic core (8 BC). MeiLong 8×8 V3 therefore offers a variant for everyone, regardless of whether you are a beginner or a pro!

Unlike it's 9x9 counterpart, this puzzle turns pretty well! It's stable and I haven't had too much issue with lockups or popping. The turns feel nice and crispy and I can turn with way more confidence than my older non magnetic 8x8+ puzzles.
